THE CORE LEARNING PATHFollow the original series
  1. Build your control.

    FOUNDATIONS · 6 LESSONS

Begin with Figure 8 and follow the first series through turning, Obi-Ani and High Whip. Return to the demonstrations whenever a movement feels unfamiliar.

  2. Connect your movements.

    TRANSITIONS · 6 LESSONS

Continue with reverse grip, hand switches and new movement paths. Give each transition its own practice time before combining it with familiar moves.

  3. Find your own flow.

    PERFORMANCE · 6 LESSONS

Explore the third series after the earlier stages. Finish with Making It Flow, then revisit the individual lessons that help your combinations feel more controlled.

BEYOND THE PATH

Skill Extensions offers optional techniques. Seven Forms is a separate reference library, not the next spin level. Flow Analysis is for observation. Explore by interest; none is required to complete the core series.

Back to the libraries

Make room to practice. Keep people and breakable objects clear of your saber’s path. These prompts are for solo practice, not contact combat.
